Home inspection reports - by Mid Florida Home Inspectors
The actual inspection time at the house or condo is only a part of the home inspection service process. It is you that benefits from knowing about the real property condition, therefore inspection findings are presented in a comprehensive report describing the condition of the home and also providing photographic evidence of apparent defects and deficiencies.

Selecting a Home Inspector in Florida
Be cautious when choosing someone to inspect your home.
The state of Florida has Just this last year begun licensing home
inspectors, with enforcment not to begin until July 1 2011 (or latter
- currently "in a state of flux").
The current requirments for licensure are minimal and, at present,
there are no clearly defined standards for a "home inspection".
To ensure that you get a competent inspector, check the inspector's
experience, their qualifications, ask lots of questions, and choose
wisely. Using an unqualified or inadequate inspector may end up
costing you thousands of dollars, not just the wasted inspection
fee of a few hundred dollars.
